Concert Retail Staff Dublin National Merchandise, the largest merchandise concession in the UK and Ireland, offers a wide range of services including merchandise development, venue merchandise sales management and live event merchandise sales. We manage merchandise concessions for both one-off and multi-date events and merchandise sales at live events across live venues around the UK and Ireland. No event is too large or too small for National Merchandise! We’re looking for Concert Retail Assistants to join our Dublin Merchandise team to work initially on the following shows: Ed Sheeran 23rd April Ed Sheeran 24th April Harry Styles 21st June The Eagles 24th June Greenday 27th June Westlife 8th July Westlife 9th July College Football 27th Aug Shifts will be available at additional concerts as they are announced. Our Concert Merchandise Staff work on casual contracts which give flexibility to work around studies, other jobs or family commitments with many evenings and weekend shifts available. In addition to an hourly rate of pay Concert Merchandise Staff will also receive holiday pay for each hour that they work. It is vital that you have excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal with challenging customers if the need arises. Previous experience in retail or customer service would be an advantage but is not essential. Full training will be given. Sound interesting?
