Long Description What I’ll be doing – your accountabilities

  • You’ll take part in a structured 2-year graduate training programme

  • You’ll receive certified training that supports the Data Science discipline

  • You’ll use methodical data science techniques to measure performance and influence change

  • You’ll work closely with other teams to successfully apply and quantify these data techniques

  • You’ll use methodical data science techniques to select and tune algorithms and quantify performance in a business relevant way

  • You’ll tell engaging stories using non-technical language and exciting visualisations to influence change

  • You’ll use exploratory analysis methodologies to identify patterns and trends to use with the right statistical methods

  • You’ll feel confident extracting and manipulating data from our various data stores and storage framework and sources

  • You’ll work with descriptive and predictive analytics.

Skills required for the job

  • A degree or diploma in an I.T, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, Engineering subject, Information Management or Mathematics and Statistics.

  • Data Analytics, statistical thinker

  • Measuring effectiveness

  • Technically capable of learning to adapt/apply machine learning and A.I.

  • Graduates who are obsessed with the customer and passionate about technology, innovation and collaborating with others

  • Improvement focussed

  • Possess multi-model communication skills

  • A creative thinker who is forward looking on how we evolve the BT Ireland business

  • Highly driven with a ‘can do’ attitude with a structured and pragmatic approach to execution.
