Company Administrator-
The Company Secretarial/Formations Administrator will be primarily responsible for registering new companies and helping to deliver an excellent service and experience to our valued clients. A blended or remote working environment can be provided, depending on preference and our rota system. Responsibilities:
Registration of limited companies
Dealing with the Companies Registration Office (CRO)
Dealing with client enquiries and orders
Involvement in customer service processes and systems
Data capture and CRM administration
Carrying out anti-money laundering (AML) checks
Assisting with compliance and cosec administration
Requirements: Strong administration and organisational skills
3rd level qualification is preferable
Good interpersonal skills – a pleasant phone manner and customer service skills
Good attention to detail and decision-making skills
Perfect written & oral English essential
A fast learner with strong business acumen.
Ability to develop & maintain relationships with clients
Good IT and computer Skills
Ability to and also have the skill set to work remotely part time or full time
