Company Administrator-

The Company Secretarial/Formations Administrator will be primarily responsible for registering new companies and helping to deliver an excellent service and experience to our valued clients. A blended or remote working environment can be provided, depending on preference and our rota system. Responsibilities:

Registration of limited companies

  • Dealing with the Companies Registration Office (CRO)

  • Dealing with client enquiries and orders

  • Involvement in customer service processes and systems

  • Data capture and CRM administration

  • Carrying out anti-money laundering (AML) checks

  • Assisting with compliance and cosec administration

Requirements: Strong administration and organisational skills

  • 3rd level qualification is preferable

  • Good interpersonal skills – a pleasant phone manner and customer service skills

  • Good attention to detail and decision-making skills

  • Perfect written & oral English essential

  • A fast learner with strong business acumen.

  • Ability to develop & maintain relationships with clients

  • Good IT and computer Skills

  • Ability to and also have the skill set to work remotely part time or full time
