Client Care Coordinator/Scheduler

Since 2005 Comfort Keepers have been providing a broad range of care to those most in need in our community; including Palliative Care, Dementia and Alzheimer’s Care, Adult Respite Care and Disability Care. We also provide those invaluable general home help services such as Personal Care and Companionship services.

Due to our continued growth we are delighted to offer a Care Coordinator role in our North Dublin area.

The Client Care Coordinator will support the Clinical Nurse Manager in completing the administration tasks that go along with scheduling care for their area and is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated candidate to take their first step into a management role. They will mentor and coach a team of carers and assist with client enquiries to ensure the highest level of care is delivered to our clients. Full training will be provided for the successful candidate.

​This role is office based, working from our office in Santry, Dublin 17, 37.5hrs working hours over 5 days per week.

Core working hours for the role are Monday to Friday, 08.30 - 17.00. To be successful in this role it may be necessary to work some evenings and weekends and to facilitate business requirements.
