Overall Purpose of the Job
Responsible for the general cleaning of the premises in accordance specification, under the direction of the cleaning supervisor. Ensuring all cleaning equipment and materials are handled and used in the correct way in accordance with the COSHH data sheet and under BIC specification.
Main duties and responsibilities
Responsible for cleaning of various sections of the client facility including vacuuming, mopping and polishing.
Collection and appropriate disposal of site waste.
Ensure all Health & Safety standards are adhered to at all times.
Report defects, deficiencies or health & safety issues to supervisor.
Liaise with supervisors to ensure all cleaning standards are met daily.
Qualifications and Experience
Good Work Record.
Previous experience as working as a cleaner is desirable.
Experience in the use of cleaning equipment is desirable.
Basic health and safety knowledge.
