The Bungalow 28 Elmdale Drive D10K763 Tel:01/6231367 e.mail:marie@cofrc.com Part-time Secretary / Administrator We are seeking a pro-active and motivated Secretary /Administrator with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work with Voluntary Board of directors of Cherry Orchard Family Resource Centre CLG and our staff team, volunteers and clients.
Experience in an administration and secretarial support to management role
Maintain efficient and accurate accounts for the Centre
Administer a computerised payroll system (training will be provided)
Adherence to all charity, constitutional, regulatory and legal obligations
Maintaining confidentiality is a fundamental requirement for this role
IT Literate with excellent working knowledge of MS office
Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
Excellent written communication skills
Manage SPEAK Reporting System (training will be provided)
Strong numerical and attention to detail skills
An ability to work within a team environment and be self-motivated
Must be flexible and willing to take on different tasks when required
The successful candidate will be
Someone who is hardworking and motivated with the ability to work on their own initiative
Minimum of 2 years paid experience in Secretarial/ Administration
Computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office
Experience in working in a client focused service organisation
Ability to communicate with people in a caring and professional manner
An all rounder with a hands on approach
