KNOW THE ROLE Brown Thomas Arnotts Group wishes to recruit a Cash Office Assistant to be based in the Arnotts store. The successful candidate will be experienced in dealing with cash in a best practice business controlled environment, whilst delivering high standards of administrative support and data accuracy. You’ll be a key support to the management team, to protect the company’s cash assets and maintain a comprehensive and strong retail audit trail, through effective reconciliation and performance of the Company’s cash office processes and procedures.
Produce key sales reports
Complete audit checks and ensure all daily and weekly deadlines are met.
Provide an excellent customer led service that keeps this fast paced store running efficiently.
KNOW WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You will need to build and maintain strong relationships with the team, staying highly organised through excellent time management skills and the ability work with large amount of data. The ideal candidate will have experience in a cash office role.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to analyses numerical data.
Excellent communication skills, with an ability to effectively manage relationship with all areas of the business.
Excellent MS Office skills with particular emphasis on MS Excel.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Professional and polished telephone manner.
