We are looking for a competent part-time Office Assistant to help with the organisation and running of the daily administrative operations of the charity. Excellent organisational & communication skills
A good working understanding of MS Word & Excel
Able to work as part of a team and on one's own initiative when required
Ability to successfully meet deadlines and achieve agreed targets
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but full training will be provided
Thorough understanding of office management procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Responsibilities
Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
Schedule and plan meetings and appointments
Stock management & ordering of office requirements including stationery Coordinate with other services to ensure compliance with established policies
Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers, and colleagues
Raising invoices, credit notes and allowances while liaising with the accounts team when required
General document management including making copies and filing
