Business Support Adminstrator

Working as part of a team, this role involves providing support to a team of business users and external members while maintaining the underlying administration system.

The Role

  • Provide support on a daily basis by monitoring end-user queries.

  • Provide support to pension scheme members using our pensions online tool.

  • Maintaining pension administration system records.

  • Follow up on any day to day issues that arise.

  • Support for ongoing pension related projects.

  • Any other ad-hoc tasks required

The Requirements

  • Pensions industry experience desirable but not essential

  • Degree is desirable but not essential

  • Able to work to a high level of accuracy.

  • Microsoft office skills (Excel)
