Ireland’s leading children’s charity is recruiting: Training and Early Years’ Administrator, Dublin 8 Location: Barnardos National Office, Christchurch, Dublin .8 Contract: Part Time (29 hours) and permanent Salary: €20,384 to €32,145 DOE (this is the pro rata salary for 29 hrs per week) Job purpose To support the development and delivery of Barnardos external early years training programmes and events funded under the Early Years NDP (National Development Plan). To maintain and implement effective and efficient administrative and finance systems and procedures for all Barnardos activities funded under Early Years NDP (National Development Plan), maintaining a focus on external early years’ training. To support the development of marketing strategies to promote programmes and activities across the Barnardos NDP activities within training and the early years sector. Personal attributes

Fluency in written and spoken English.
Minimum of three years relevant administrative experience in relevant type of environment essential.
Knowledge and experience of financial systems such as Nav.
Knowledge and experience of online payment systems such as Realex, Worldnet
Knowledge and ability of updating websites
Understanding of the full training cycle is highly desirable.
Leaving Cert or equivalent minimum level of education.
Experience of using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Access and Outlook essential.
Please Note: From time to time the role will require working weekend or outside normal office hours. The post holder is initially assigned to work in the National office, Dublin 8 but may be required in the future to work in other locations in the Dublin area in line with organisational needs.
