As a Barista, you will use your skills to deliver first class service and perfectly crafted coffees to our customers. You will be responsible for creating beautifully crafted drinks for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare perfectly blended drinks and serving high-quality food that delights our customers
Ensure the work and service areas are kept clean and tidy at all times
Receive and process payments
Be an enthusiastic team player
Maintain & restock clean crockery
Ensure brewing equipment is operating properly & safely, and report any maintenance needs
To comply with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
To comply with Health & Safety regulations
About You:
Minimum 6 months experience as Barista
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, client & staff
Ability to work with a team, and on your own initiative
Flexible approach to the role
‘Can do’ positive attitude
Willingness to learn
Experience in Customer service and/or in a similar environment would be an advantage, but not necessary
