A complete continuum of care arrangement provides for the access of women and children to supports at earliest intervention through provision of prevention and awareness raising programmes, community-based support, refuge accommodation, transitional accommodation, and post refuge/ transitional support. Vacancy - Administrator (Part-time) Job Title: Administrator (Part-Time) Location: Aoibhneas CLG Salary: HSE 2020 GRADE IV (CLERICAL) Scale (€28,749 - €43,628) (pro- rata) Hours: Part-time post, 10 hours per week (over 2 days) Contract: Fixed-Term Summary: Aoibhneas is seeking an Administrator (part-time) to join our Admin team to assist with the day-to-day operations of Aoibhneas Domestic Support for Women and Children. The Administrator will be reporting to the CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to the CEO and Designated Officer in the delivery of all aspects of service operations and delivery with a focus on supporting data quality, data collation and data reporting through the use of our Salesforce Database. Qualifications and training relevant to role of general administrator or a third level qualification in business administration, public administration or equivalent.
Experience using salesforce and the customisation of a salesforce to facilitate input and data collation.
A minimum of 1 years’ experience working at administrative level.

Key Responsibilities The key responsibilities include:
Provide administrative support to the CEO and Designated Officer by answering phones, handling information requests, filing (electronic and paper), managing emails, paperwork, and general expenses.
Provide administrative support to the CEO and Designated Officer by purchasing office supplies, by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies, verifying receipt of supplies, and handling suppliers.
Provide administrative support to the CEO and Designated Officer by assisting in filing and maintaining records to the standards required in the service, utilising filing and retrieval systems and recording meeting discussions as requested.
Provide administrative support to the CEO and Designated Officer by working with Salesforce Database to transfer all relevant data from existing database, to monitor and quality data from all departments and to collate reports, statistics and service output as per stakeholder and SLA requirements.
Provide administrative support to the Manager by conducting research, collecting and analysing information and producing reports and other confidential materials
Provide administrative support and assistance to the Manager in maintaining linkages and connections with donors, funders and stakeholders and represent Aoibhneas in a professional manner with donors, funders and stakeholders.
Maintain stakeholder confidence and protect operations by keeping all aspects of service delivery and operations confidential.

10 hours per week (over 2 days)
1 year fixed-term contract
HSE 2020 Salary Scale CLERICAL OFFICER GRADE – (€24,601- €39,087) (pro-rata)
