ANA LIFFEY DRUG PROJECT ARE RECRUITING AN OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR ON OUR FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION TEAM Ana Liffey is a low threshold, harm reduction organisation providing addiction and health inclusion supports to people with multiple and complex needs. Ana Liffey’s central office and frontline teams have worked flexibly and innovatively over the past 40 years to support people who are marginalised. We are now seeking to recruit an organised, flexible and proactive person to join our Finance and Administration team as a part time Office Administrator. The successful candidate can work from home, in our city centre office or a blend of the two and will be expected to be able to attend our Dublin and Limerick offices as needed. Transport costs will be covered. The role is part time, preferably hours will be 9.30am to 1pm Monday to Friday. Suitable candidates will meet the following criteria:
Experience of general office administration in a busy environment
Experience of the NGO/Healthcare Sectors
Experience of working in finance or procurement
Experience supervising staff or volunteers
Proficient user of MS Office, especially Excel and Word
Proficient knowledge of online video calling through Teams/Zoom
Strong IT skills
Proven organisational skills with the ability to prioritise needs and objectives.
