Service Desk Coordinator for busy Facilities Management Company
Role & Responsibilities:
The Service Coordinator will ensure our Sub Contractors and suppliers are professionally managed and suitable controls are in place to deliver work efficiently and profitably.
The Service Coordinator will also work with our District heating team to deal with any issues arising from our residential customers.
Basic list of daily tasks:
Work from company head office in Dublin City Centre
Coordinate the delivery of building services maintenance and service across all Facilities services.
Process client requests over the phone and email – progressing issues to close out
Processing service call reports for billing (dealing with accounts)
Effective management of sub-contractors and suppliers.
Work with the management team to identify opportunities for business growth with existing and new clients.
Manage databases –service call systems (training provided)
Manage Ticketing systems – (training provided)
Must be enthusiastic and eager to develop skill set
Excellent phone and email manor
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in Facility Management company desirable
Knowledgeable of HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems distinct advantage
28k-36k Depending on experience
