Silver Stream Healthcare are looking to recruit an Administrator for our Clontarf Private Nursing Home ( 5- 7 Clontarf Road, Clontarf, Dublin 3 , D03 NA78). Duties & responsibilities:

  • Undertaking general office administration including, filing, photocopying, faxing, scanning, and general administrative duties.

  • Drafting contracts of employment.

  • HR administration duties.

  • Maintain and ensure efficient systems for administrative records

  • Front of House, meet and greet families and visitors.

  • Fortnightly payroll.

  • Maintenance of records and filing systems both manual and electronic to effectively manage information

  • Answering the telephone, dealing effectively with queries or referring to other staff

  • Maintaining employee and residents’ files ensuring compliance is met.

  • Invoicing

  • Database management


  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role or HR environment.

  • Strong IT skills including word and excel.

  • Strong administration skills.

  • Experience dealing with customer queries in person and by telephone.

  • Excellent attention to details.
