General admin tasks
Update customer accounts via internal system
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
Respond to enquiries in a confident and knowledgeable manner
Meet required individual and team targets
Ready to always act in a compliant and secure manner
Our Ideal Candidate
Excellent attention to detail
Must be available for full 6 months of project
Motivated
Previous administration experience preferable but not essential
Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
Enjoys working as part of a team
Problem solving abilities
Results orientated
Good IT skills, particularly in word, excel and outlook
