Administrator, Public Service, Dublin 12

Our client, a public service body based in Dublin 12, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their team on a contract basis. Reporting to Head of the Department, the role will involve:

  • Office administration duties

  • Excellent MS Office and IT Skills

  • Offering administrative support

  • Dealing with general phone calls, email queries, and relaying messages to relevant individuals

  • Data entry on systems and record keeping

  • Provide office support

  • Other ad-hoc duties as required

Essential Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Up to date skills on computer packages e.g. Microsoft Office

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Garda vetting will be required
