
Our client, a public service body based in Dublin 12, is currently looking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their team on a contract basis. Reporting to Head of the Department, the role will involve:
Office administration duties
Excellent MS Office and IT Skills
Offering administrative support
Dealing with general phone calls, email queries, and relaying messages to relevant individuals
Data entry on systems and record keeping
Provide office support
Other ad-hoc duties as required
Essential Requirements & Qualifications:
Up to date skills on computer packages e.g. Microsoft Office
Excellent communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Garda vetting will be required
