We have an opportunity for an Administrator to join and support the Insurance team. You will work with the and provide administration support to the Insurance Department. The role responsibilities include the following but not limited to: Incident Reporting:

  • Ensure all stores are complying with IRF (incident report forms) & Investigation process.

  • Review all IRF & Investigation Forms and follow up with stores where required.

  • Record all incidents

  • Ensure all 3-day reportable incidents are reported to the HSA.

  • Monitor absence of colleagues following an injury at work and complete Social Welfare Forms were required.


  • Ensure all new online & forklift drivers’ documentation is acceptable and record on driver register.

  • Liaise with HR and Online team on new hires and ensure all documentation is received before driver assessment is arranged.

File Management:

  • Ensure IRF, driver files are up-to-date and only relevant information is retained in line with GDPR guidelines.

  • General & Archive filing


  • Post – internal & external

  • Issuing cheques & recording payments

Essential Skills:

  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Administration experience

  • Typing skills - essential

  • Ability to work on own initiative

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Confidentiality

  • Team player


  • Good level of retail store systems & retail business knowledge
