
Role: Administrator Contract: Temporary (10 month contract) Salary: €30-35K Location: Dublin City Centre | 8:30-5 / 8-4:30 Our client is seeking an individual with previous administrative experience working in the accounting or legal sector. Duties:
Assist the team with ongoing administrative projects to achieve objectives
Documentation Management including but not limited to scanning, filling and formatting
Light phone work, route calls when necessary
Demonstrate compliance with policy and and procedures
Working alongside internal teams, supporting when necessary
Assist the Partners when necessary with various PA duties (diary management, travel arrangements)
Organising couriers, post and parcels. Sorting and distributing mail.
Requirements:
Previous Experience in the Accountancy/ Legal Sector
Excellent MS Office skills
Experience in administration
Must be available for an immediate start in Dublin
Working authorisation in Ireland
