Consistently provide high levels of customer service to a range of customers via email and telephone including order placing, data input for our retailers, raising returns and dealing with queries. Actively assists in promoting Bathroom Brands in Ireland. Capable of working as part of a team as well as individually and is fully accountable for the quality of their work and building on the customer relationships that already exist. Can work with a comprehensive and thorough understanding of process and procedure and consistently strives to deliver World Class basics.
Key areas of responsibility:
Accurate and timely input of customer orders via Salesforce and Sage actively communicating exceptions and reacting to customer demand.
Management of time to ensure of productivity without compromising Quality.
Understanding of processes and procedures to minimise input error and ensure World Class customer service is given – we need to be ahead of the competition.
Build effective and lasting customer relationships through the provision of of service delivery, problem resolution and the empathetic management of customer expectations.
Liaise directly with customers on price and stock availability requests.
Manage own workload and key performance metrics, whilst also working as a team to ensure the achievement of the team, department, and business objectives.
Undertake a range of administrative duties as requested or demand necessitates.
Any other duties consistent in nature with those outlined above.
Assisting in promoting the Bathroom Brands brand in the Island of Ireland and fully supporting the Internal Account Manager in growing the business.
