Administrator. Bidvest Noonan - Dublin


Bidvest Noonan is seeking to hire an Administrator for a prestigious client based in the city centre. This is a position will suit an organised and energetic individual who is highly motivated and safety conscious.

Schedule of the role:

  • Part Time Administrator

  • 20 hours per week, 9am – 1pm Monday to Friday

  • City Centre

Rate of Pay:

  • €15.40 per hour

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve queries received by phone and e-mail in a timely manner

  • Ensure task information and updates are accurate, timely and meet client requirements

  • Delivery of service to agreed standards and metrics

  • Provide a professional service and represent Bidvest Noonan in line with company’s ethos and expectations

  • Provide a professional service in all internal and external communications

  • Deal with all order related queries, including suppliers

  • Full site office administration including typing letters and reports

  • Manage employee and training files

  • Utilise our systems and processes to support the business operational teams in the delivery of works to our portfolio of clients

Experience:

  • Previous experience in a similar role is essential

  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multi-task

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to take initiative to proactively resolve issues or problems

  • Strong MS Office skills

  • Willingness to learn new systems
