
The Office of the Vice-Provost/CAO seeks to appoint an Administrative Officer with responsibility for providing high-level administrative support to the Senior Lecturer/Dean of Undergraduate Studies. The Senior Lecturer is an Executive Officer of the College with responsibility for all undergraduate academic related affairs. The Administrative Officer will be required to work closely with the Senior Lecturer and in cooperation with other areas of College including Academic Affairs, Academic Registry, and the Secretary’s Office regarding academic policy and practice relating to Undergraduate Studies. The post will be based in the Office of the Vice-Provost/Chief Academic Officer and in addition to providing support to the Senior Lecturer/Dean of Undergraduate Studies it is expected that the Administrative Officer will act as the first point of contact for visitors to the Office of the Vice-Provost/CAO and will be central to the team in the Office of the Vice-Provost/Chief Academic Officer. Post status: Permanent Contract Hours of Post: 35 hours per week Salary: This appointment will be made on the Administrative 3 Salary Scale (€41,755 - €52,735 per annum) at a point in line with current Government pay policy.
