Applications are invited for the position of Administrative Officer 3 - AICBRN Network Officer in the School of Natural Sciences to provide administrative support for the multi-institutional All Island Climate and Biodiversity Research Network (AICBRN). This position will work with Ireland’s leading researchers in climate, biodiversity and just transition to support the AICBRN Steering Group and co-Chairs to deliver events, activities, funding applications and communications to deliver AICBRN’s goals. The AICBRN brings together researchers from many different institutions and national research centres across a wide range of disciplines in both jurisdictions on the island of Ireland who are undertaking research to tackle the climate and biodiversity crises. The AICBRN network officer will support the ambition of the AICBRN to develop a large-scale research and innovation initiative to support policy and management decisions, underpin business and enterprise strategies and strengthen societal capacity to address the climate and biodiversity emergencies.
