Administrative Assistant - Quality Department The Mater Private Network is seeking to recruit an Administrator for Maternity leave cover to join our busy multi-disciplinary team, to work across our multiple. The role is to provide an excellent patient experience while supporting our clinical staff in the delivery of quality medical care to our patients. The successful candidate will support all aspects of administration throughout the journey of the patient; using our technology systems to enhance the service we provide to patients. Experience in a hospital environment is desirable. This post will suit an experienced, self-motivated and committed administrator. Requirements · Excellent PC skills including; MS word, Excel and Outlook · Previous experience in a similar role and or hospital experience · Excellent interpersonal and communication skills · Discretion and ability to use initiative · Ability to work as part of a team with associated deadlines · Support the timely and accurate management of requests for patient medical records. · Maintenance of complete database of medical records requests · Liaison with external solicitors and others requesting patient medical records · Conduct monthly Chart audits. · Assist in preparation for JCI Accreditation · Awareness/sensitivity to patient needs · Duties as assigned by the Director of Quality or nominee Job Descriptions available from HR THE MATER PRIVATE IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES EMPLOYER Skills: Data Analysis Personable Organised Iniative
