Administrative Assistant. Dublin 6W Permanent Full time Role Salary based on experience. Hours 9am – 4pm, Monday to Friday and is an office-based role. 6 months probationary period required. The Role Reporting to the Secretary the primary duties and responsibilities will be

  • Providing Administrative support to Registration Department dealing with correspondence, emails and phone calls.

  • Processing Application forms – checking & issuing certificates.

  • Data Entry.

  • Taking part in any other projects as required.

  • Other adhoc administrative duties as required

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience.

  • Reliable.

  • Self Starter.

  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail

  • High level of accuracy.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multi-task with a flexible attitude.

  • Professional manner and approach.

  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office.

  • Team Player.
