Full Job Description
This role will primarily focus on managing day to day administrative tasks. The role will comprise of the following activities:
Organise Directors' meetings (schedule meetings, take minutes, file documentation and follow-up)
Maintain schedules/diary of deadlines
Managing correspondence including typing and minute taking
Receive calls and deal with clients in a professional manner
Keep adequate records and maintain organised filing system
Assist in various filing tasks (ensure CRO compliance, assist in legalisation tasks, etc.)
Basic invoicing and payment management
Various ad-hoc administration duties
The ideal candidate will have:
A track record of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and delivering high quality outputs
Ability to work with multiple departments and stakeholders
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong time-management skills
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent IT and typing skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Flexibility in learning/taking on new tasks and responsibilities
Experience with basic accounting practices/bookkeeping (an advantage but not required)
Experience with company secretarial tasks (preferred)
