More information about the organisation is available on our website - About this role: Our company is looking to hire an administration assistant to assist our finance and general management teams. This is a full-time, office-based role. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with our accounts team and assisting in the organisation’s project resourcing procedures.

  • Producing reports and composing correspondence.

  • Assistance in preparation of monthly finance reports

  • Document Control.

Desired skills and experience

  • Initiative & Self-confidence – we’re looking for a candidate that can work independently and has the ability to identify potentially more effective methods of work operation.

  • Adaptability & Versatility - The job can range widely in duties and responsibilities. Therefore, we require candidates who can adapt to frequent changes in workload and adjust priorities quickly, as circumstances dictate. The role requires the ability to interact appropriately with colleagues for different purposes and in different contexts.

  • Good communication skills. Fluent in English is a must.

  • Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Sage 50 Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, amongst other software packages.
