
Europ Assistance are looking for an administration assistant to join their busy office in Dublin 2. Job purpose The role of the Administration Assistant has been created to strengthen the companies administration function to on-going expansion of the business in Dublin. The successful candidate will play a important support role within the company and will work closely with the Office Manager on a daily basis Primary duties and responsibilities The primary duties and responsibilities of the Administration Assistant will include the following: Administrative Tasks:
Support all team of 30 employees with daily queries and admin tasks
Order weekly food deliveries
Manage suppliers, order stationary, kitchen supplies & cleaning supplies
Liaise with An-Post with regards to our post redirection
Schedule DHL pick up and drop offs
Maintain various business templates including presentations, EAIB organization chart
Ad hoc tasks
Contract Management Tasks:
Scanning and filing of contracts
Checking local drive against contract database to ensure it is up to date
Management of contract email inbox
Manage all content uploaded to TEAMs
Communication with Contract Teams throughout the organization
Organise meetings to keep all relevant parties updated
Qualifications The ideal candidate will be at least educated to Leaving Certificate level with at least 2-4 years office administration experience. The successful candidate must:
Have a strong administration background
Have excellent attention to detail skills
be well organised, self-motivated and have a strong ability to work on their own
initiative
Have a proven ability to work well in a small team
Possess the ability to be flexible in a busy office
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Possess good listening skills
