Provide excellent customer service to our clients

Social Media Savvy Proficient on Google suite Quick adapter to tech and software platforms Ability to learn comprehensive product knowledge Experience of working in a pressured hands on environment Good personal and communication skillsOutgoing and approachable High level of English Good team skills A good head for detail A practical and pragmatic mindset Stamina and the ability to work long hours in a physically demanding work environment Practical skills ie using tools,etc The ability to remain calm when under pressure An interest in developing a permanent seasonal role and making a lasting commitment with the Company LOCATION/HOURS/PAY Based in Wicklow & Remote To start immediately. Approx 100 – 300 hours starting from 7th November to Christmas (and possibly again in Early Jan – tbc) A full time candidate will be required to work 7 days and must be available during the dates outlined above. Pay is good €13ph and possibly more for the right candidate. There is the opportunity to advance to greater responsibility (hours) within the company
What you’ll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have administrative experience at an appropriate level. The post carries a high level of authority involving extensive contact with staff, students, offices as well as external bodies.
